Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) is offering an exclusive learnership opportunity for African females living with a disability who are passionate about building a career in the Freight and Logistics industry. This 12-month programme provides hands-on experience and a nationally recognized qualification registered with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO).

Qualifications & Experience : Unemployed Learnership
To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent;
- Must be a South African citizen;
- Aged between 18 and 35 years;
- Available and committed to working full–time for 12 months;
- Demonstrate a strong interest in the Transport and Logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
As a learner, you will:
- Commit to a 12-month programme combining theoretical and practical training across 3 divisions;
- Complete all modules on the BIL eLearning Platform;
- Submit a portfolio of evidence upon completion of the qualification.
