Job Overview

As an MFC Administrator, you will provide administrative support within a processing environment, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery. You will work autonomously to meet daily operational objectives while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation Processing and Administration

  • Execute daily administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Process documentation in accordance with standardized policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize documents systematically.
  • Ensure that all administrative operations align with company protocols and quality standards.

2. Customer Support and Internal Liaison

  • Serve as an indirect point of contact for customers and intermediaries by providing essential administrative assistance.
  • Respond to immediate administrative queries and requests efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal teams to streamline workflow and optimize productivity.

3. Quality Control and Compliance

  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement best practices in documentation and workflow management.

4. Operational Support and Data Management

  • Utilize standard office software to compile reports, draft memos, and organize data.
  • Assist in the management of departmental databases to maintain upto-date records.
  • Extract, input, and analyze data for internal reporting and decision-making.

5. Work Scheduling and Coordination

  • Plan and prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for task allocation and workflow management.
  • Adapt to dynamic work demands while ensuring consistent service delivery.

Essential Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
