Key Requirements
- Senior Certificate (Matric)
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and electronic email systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Additional Skills: Organisational and conflict resolution skills (for Service Benefits role).
Duties and Responsibilities : Human Resource Clerk
Human Resource Clerk (Recruitment and Selection)
- Update and maintain databases regularly.
- Provide secretariat support during selection interviews.
- Draft submissions for post-filling processes.
- Verify qualifications and update electronic systems.
- Liaise with other directorates and departments.
- Manage filing systems and provide progress reports.
- Perform logistical duties for interviews and general office administration.
Human Resource Clerk (Service Benefits)
- Administer conditions of service for staff (e.g., leave management).
- Manage exit processes and salary administration.
- Capture appointments on PERSAL.
- Perform general administrative duties related to service benefits.
