📢 Available Positions & Responsibilities
We are offering various roles within our Distribution Centers to maintain efficient warehouse and logistics operations. Below are the available positions along with their key duties:
1. General Worker
- Responsible for handling damaged, overstocked, or near-expiry stock.
- Assists with general warehouse operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
2. Picker
- Selects and packs stock according to order slips for store deliveries.
- Ensures high levels of accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
3. Cycle Counter
- Conducts regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Identifies stock discrepancies and ensures accurate reporting.
4. Forklift Driver
- Operates forklifts to transport and stack pallets within the warehouse.
- Ensures safe loading and unloading of goods from delivery trucks.
5. Reach Truck Driver
- Uses reach trucks to move pallets into warehouse racks.
- Ensures safe transportation and proper stacking of stock.
6. Auditor
- Conducts stock audits before dispatch.
- Checks for damages, verifies stock accuracy, and monitors expiration dates.
7. Combiner
- Organizes and shrink-wraps pallets before dispatch.
- Ensures stock is packed securely for transportation.
✅ Minimum Requirements to Apply : General Worker
To qualify for any of the available roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or Equivalent Qualification
- No more than two years of warehouse experience (experience not mandatory for all roles)
- Valid Forklift or Reach Truck License (for applicable roles)
- Basic Excel proficiency (advantageous for auditing roles)
- Flexible work schedule (availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays)
