Job Title: Learning & Development Intern

Location: Midrand, Gauteng


About the Role

As a Learning & Development Intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting CCBSA’s strategic priorities by contributing to the development and implementation of innovative learning solutions. Reporting directly to the L&D Specialist, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of L&D processes, frameworks, and tools while working on impactful business projects.


Key Responsibilities : Coca-Cola Learnership Program

Your role will include:

  • Supporting L&D Infrastructure: Assist in standardizing L&D processes, practices, and tools across the business.
  • Competence Development: Implement in-country learning solutions, evaluate program effectiveness, and support the CAP process.
  • Training Material Development: Design and develop engaging training materials to meet business needs.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all L&D initiatives comply with legislative and auditing requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports to support decision-making and meet customer expectations.

Requirements: Coca-Cola Learnership Program

To qualify for this opportunity, you’ll need:

  • relevant HR Degree or Diploma.
  • 1-3 years of L&D experience, including training material development and facilitation.
  • ODETDP Practitioner registration (advantageous).
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with eLearning design and LMS365 (advantageous).
